Spotted along Kingsland Avenue, between Frost and Lombardy Street, is The Kingslands; Five 4-story buildings. Each is noticed by a dark grey stucco finish, with black framed large windows. Not unlike Skillman Corner, the Kingslands make a great offering of outdoor space. Large terraces are attached to duplex units at the buildings feet, with rootop terreces abutting penthouses. 93-95, and 127-129 Kingland are unique in finish, defined by wide plank rustic oak wood flooring, beautiful modern finished bathrooms, and kitchens with wood paneling, islands, and quality stainless steel appliances.
